Fruit Washerer
It’s used to remove the surface contaminants (e.g., pesticide, insects, soil, dirt, etc.)
Our washers have the latest technology and provide effective removal of the surface contaminants without damaging the material quality.
Two types of machines are offered. One is pressure spray washing the other is scrub-washing.
In the machine the product is thoroughly cleaned with the help of a set of brushes.

Fruit Peeler

Concentrating Kettle

In this the pulp or the juice is separated from the fruit skin or seeds. Pulp / Juice got are used for further processes.
The Varaj Screw Pulper has a unique special design for pulping certain fruits, which cannot be pulped through the conventional Pulpers
Special high pressure pulping system produces very good results, ensuring very high percentage of yield.
The finisher is used to break the fibres globules received from the Pulper.
Fruit Autoclave
Due to our years of expertise in this realm, we are presenting an exceptional quality variety of Fruit Autoclave.
The empty bottles are sterilized in the autoclave to remove all the bacteria in it. This ultimately helps in increasing the shelf life of the product.
Also after filling of the pulp, in sealed bottle or can it is sterilised in an autoclave or a retort to finally remove the bacteria that might enter in the bottle / can during the pilp filling stage. This again increases the shelf life of product.
